Postage, Shipping & Returns Terms & Conditions
Postage 
 
Our postage ranges from as little as £1.50 - £9.99 ( for heavy, bulky items) Our postage is capped at £9.99 so you will never pay any more than this however much you order (UK Mainland Only).

Shipping
 We currently ship to the UK Mainland and items are normally shipped by Royal Mail, Parcelforce or other courier  within 3-5 days sometimes sooner, but during busier periods of the year such as Christmas this may take a little longer and with handmade/personalised products dispatch can be between 1-7 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on location or whether the item has been dispatched direct from ourselves or a manufacturer or distributor.
 
 Scottish Highlands & Islands + Northern Ireland, there may be a surcharge for delivery to your areas, this will be stated in the item description if it applies to that product and you will need to select the appropriate charge from the drop down box before continuing to checkout. Other areas outside the Uk Mainland please contact us first before ordering as only certain items can be shipped and some items carry a minimum order value before our distributor will ship. If any additional charges apply we will contact you for payment before shipping.

 So that we can supply our customers with a large range of products, it is not possible to keep stock of every product we sell. Some items especially large items will be ordered from the distributor or manufacturer and we therefore cannot guarantee stock availability.  If an item falls out of stock you will be notified and offered the option to wait for re-stocking an alternative product (if available) or a full refund.
 Please always allow up to 15 days for delivery.
 
Cancellation
 Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 ("DSR"), you have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase(s) within 7 working days of delivery.

If your goods have already been dispatched, you must return them by secure post in perfect condition, unused, complete with all tags, in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

We will credit you with the price of the cancelled products once we have received and checked them. We will not refund any postage costs incurred.



Returns
 Little Planet Toys wants you to be happy with your purchase, If you are unhappy with a product for any reason and wish to retun it, please email us first  at: sales@littleplanettoys.co.uk  for the correct returns department address where you will need to send your item to. Returns are 7 days of receipt with the exception of personalised products which cannot be returned or refunded for change of heart. As soon as an item is returned a refund will be issued, we cannot pay for return postage and are only able to refund the cost of postage where goods are supplied in a faulty or damaged condition.
  We cannot accept returns on furniture that has been used, part or fully assembled, or any product that has been used unless it is faulty.
 Please send any returns by a  trackable delivery method for security. 

Incorrect/Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your goods as soon as you receive them, only sign for a product if you are happy it has arrived in good order. If the box looks damaged in transit please state received damaged  when signing for the courier on the delivery note and notify us immediately if there is a problem so that we can rectify the situation for you as soon as possible.
